Risk Free Return Concept
A return which carries no risk is known as risk free return.
This is only theoretical concept and in real life the total risk free return is
not possible, however, normally the Government bonds are treated to be the risk
free investment.
Why Government bonds are not risk
free?
Government
bond are not fully risk free because Government may also default, especially in
the third world countries.
