Ethical
issues in business can be explained in term of integrity & Honesty,
Stakeholder interest, human rights, and environmental issue.
1. Integrity & Honesty
Management
should manage the business with integrity and honesty. In simple word
management should promote the fair play in the business. It is important to
note that integrity culture bring a number of benefits.
2. Stakeholder Interest
There
are different stakeholders connected with the business. Management should also
consider their stakes (interest) in decision making. There are number of
stakeholder within organization, both external and internal. Business should
cater the all the stakeholder interest.
3. Human Rights
We
are human being and we have to fulfill the human rights fundamental principles.
The basic human right may be categorized right to life, right to speech,
Freedom from slavery, Right to fair Trial.
4. Environmental issues
Fourth
ethical issue is safe environment. All effort should be made to keep the
environment clean & safe. Environmental issue includes noise, pollution,
and depletion of natural resources.
