Code of ethics for employees may include equal opportunity, no harassment, safety is important, and privacy & confidentiality.

1.    Equal Opportunity Organization
Code of ethics for employees includes the equal opportunity. It means organization shall provide equal opportunity to all employees irrespective of gender or race. For example that a female should also be considered for promotion in high ranks based on her performance, a gender based exclusion is not acceptable.

2.    Harassment is not Acceptable
Harassment at all level is not acceptable. No one is allowed in the organization to hares others. People are here to work freely and any attempt of harassment should be properly checked. Organization should arrange proper training on this issue.

3.    Safety is Important
Safety and health issues should be given required consideration. Organization must not compromise on the safety of employees, and organization must promote a culture of safety so that employees should also recognize the importance of safety.

4.    Privacy & Confidentiality
Privacy of each employee should be respected. Similarly confidential information of employees should not be disclosed. Organization should promote a culture of privacy & confidential within organization.
