Code of ethics Guidelines

Code of ethics Guidelines can be broadly classified into two type’s i.e general Guideline & specific Guidelines.

General Guideline

General guidelines of code of ethics are applicable to all employees. Such guidelines includes

1.    Integrity & Honesty
All employees should be encouraged to maintain integrity in all circumstances. An environment of integrity & honesty must be promoted within organization.

2.    Human Rights Respect
All employees should be encouraged to respect the human rights. It is important to remember that human rights guidelines are international accepted and there is no harm to implement an international recognized facts.

3.    Respect for All
All employees should be encouraged to respect each other. Respect for all is wider term. It means that we should respect other religion belief, views, etc.

Specific Guideline (Code of ethics)

Specific Guidelines deals with specific group, these groups may be within or outside the organization.

1.    Employees Code of Ethics
Employees’ code of ethics includes safety issues, no harassment, and equal opportunity for all employees etc.

2.    Customer Code of Ethics
Customer code of ethics includes product safety guidelines, privacy & confidentially guidelines, customer satisfaction Guidelines, Customer service guidelines.
